The owner was very kind, showed us everything around the car and even sent us list of places to visit. We didn’t have any issues with communication or with the car itself. Enjoyed it very much and would recommend.

This was our first experience with hiring car from an owner (not company) and it was great! Angie was very kind, car was nicely equipped, worked perfectly and we spent beautiful days exploring Lanzarote.

Great renters and a good van. They helped us with transfers and were very flexible and accomodating with our wishes. Would recommend!

Arthur is a very friendly and helpful man. He will advise you interesting places to visit. He can help you with anything and answers very quickly. I also went to the highest mountain with the car, there were 3°C outside during the night and thanks to the car insulation and wooden panels, I wasn't cold inside at all. I really enjoyed the whole trip. Recommended!

The experience was really good. The van had everything we needed and the owner was so kind and very nice to accommodate our needs for meeting time and place, etc. Loved it!

Booked last minute and had a great experience with Roberto, who answered quickly and replied to all our questions. The vehicle has a guide which he has supplied of places to stay and visit, and this was a super resource. We supported the local cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, and only used the cooking utilities on a few occasions. Our only concern was the portable toilet, as it is very difficult to find places to empty this on the island, so prepare yourself for this before you leave. Otherwise a wonderful experience with the van from Roberto- Thank you.

We had an exceptional experience renting Alessandro's van. The van itself was immaculate—comfortable, new, and easy to handle, equipped with everything we needed for a smooth journey. Being our first time with a van rental, we were especially grateful for Alessandro’s thorough guidance; he walked us through all the essentials, ensuring we felt confident and prepared. His availability for questions, helpful recommendations, and flexibility with check-in and check-out locations made the experience even better. An amazing adventure from start to finish—we’re already looking forward to our next trip with Alessandro's van!

Super car, super communication, super owner, super handover, super experience - I recommend!

We had a rough start since Alicia could not show us the vehicle herself. A friend of her helped us instead and unfortunately the vehicle was not in such good shape as expected (broken table, broken windows by the table and in the bathroom - they could not be opened, broken luggage space which could only be reached from the inside of the vehicle). Therefore our initial experience was not very good and we initially requested a refund due to the shape of the vehicle, but that was not possible. We chose to continue with the rental and except from the errors presented above, our experience of the vehicle and the island was very good. The vehicle was comfortable to drive and to administrate. Also, we could contact Alicia if we had any questions along the way. Also, the return of the vehicle was very smooth and we could add cleaning to the contract afterwards. In addition to that, Alicia gave us a ride to the airport whish was very much appreciated by us!

We had a great experience! The van was small but the camping set up was effective. The staff at Roadcampers were really helpful. Would recommend!

Justin and Emily are great people and were perfect as renters. Hugely nice people, very respectful, punctual, diligent, and polite. The van was brought back exactly as agreed, on time and in excellent conditions, clean and no damages or lost items. In fact, they were so nice to donate some things to my van "Fred". Apart from the renting experience with Justin and Emily, they are just really nice people, climbers, fun to hang out with and I am happy to have met them. I would rent with them any time again and I want to wish them health and happiness for their future.

We spent a week in the van. Overall it was a great experience even though we ran into an issue with the vehicle at the beginning. Bernardo solved the situation promptly and flawlessly, he was very friendly, helpful and willing whenever we needed something or ran into a smaller issue (we couldn't change the gas bomb :)) He literally made our trip better and we felt like we really could rely on someone. Although the van isn't the newest and wasn't totally perfect we highly recommend because of Bernardo's attitude.

Amazing! Me and my family (2 asylrätten and 2 kids) hired this van and was Very impressed with the owners. They were very service minded and well prepared. They answered all our questions very fast.
