• The Lake Route (Laouzas, Raviège, Saint-Peyres) –

• The Sidobre and its strangely shaped rock formations

• The famous Lacaune cured meats – a must for tasting local flavors

• The medieval city of Carcassonne and the Cathar castles, less than two hours away

• The Mediterranean beaches or the Pyrenees mountains, both about a two-hour drive for longer getaways
