Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Il nostro van è in ottime condizioni, semplice, pratico e realizzato interamente a mano con il cuore. Perfetto per una fuga romantica nella natura o un viaggio più lungo, offre tutto il confort di cui avete bisogno: un comodo materasso in memory farm per notti rigeneranti, una pratica tavola pieghevole per mangiare o lavorare, e tanti piccoli dettagli pensati con cura.

Prima della partenza faremo insieme un breve check-up del mezzo: un momento utile e conviviale per conoscere il van, capire il funzionamento delle sue installazioni e partire in tutta serenità.

Siamo una coppia di appassionati di outdoor: lei è istruttrice di MTB, lui guida turistica. Conosciamo bene la zona e saremo felici di darvi consigli su escursioni, posti nascosti o attività nella natura.

Siamo una coppia appassionata di avventura, natura e grandi spazi aperti. Aurora è istruttrice di MTB, Alain guida turistica: insomma, l’outdoor è il nostro terreno di gioco! Il van che vi apprestate a scoprire lo abbiamo immaginato e realizzato interamente con le nostre mani, con tanto amore e una buona dose di olio di gomito. È come noi: semplice, pratico, accogliente… e pronto per l’avventura. Avete bisogno di consigli per un’escursione mozzafiato, un angolo nascosto o un’attività immersa nella natura?
