Empty gray water tank, full fresh water tank, and fuel as at the time of delivery (surcharge €20 if not met)

Complete and clean kitchenware (surcharge €20 if missing or dirty)

Clean camper, without trash, sand, or hair (surcharge up to €100 for extreme dirt)
