Roadside assistance

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Nous sommes une famille de 4, avec deux enfants pleins d’énergie, passionnés de montagne, de randonnée et d’aventures en tout genre. Autrefois, de véritables hypersportifs, aujourd'hui, nous avons légèrement ralenti le rythme (merci aux enfants ! 😅). Mais ne vous y trompez pas, notre soif de nature et de sensations fortes est toujours bien présente. Que ce soit en escaladant des sommets ou en explorant des sentiers, nous aimons repousser nos limites – tout en jonglant avec les biberons et les goûters !
