Ceci n'est pas contractuel mais informatifs et avec les assurances, on peut toujours avoir mal compris. Le cas échéant, pour toutes franchises ou autres, vous restez responsable et redevable bien entendu. Sur demande, je peux envoyer le contrat.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Super-comfortable van to drive, <6m in length. Very practical, with two double bunk beds at the rear, and the best of all: great autonomy, solar panel, gas fridge and diesel heating.
Ideal and spacious for two, for three (2 adults max) and possible for 4 (two adults, two children).

No smoking! (if the smell of cigarettes persists when the van is returned, 200€ will be deducted from the guarantee)
