Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Notre van est spacieux avec un aménagement intérieur optimisé : 2 plaques cuissons, réfrigérateur, sièges avant pivotants, table intérieur, évier, eau (37l).
Nous l’utilisons à chaque vacances à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Nous pouvons vous faire part de nos expériences.
Afin de faciliter vos stationnements de jour comme de nuit, nous vous conseillons d’utiliser l’appli park4night.com.

Le + du van : moins de 2m de haut = catégorie 1 au péage, et accès à la majorité des parkings / une penderie pour ranger les vêtements de toute la famille / vitres teintées arrière et latérales !
