* A devolução deverá ser feita com as mesmas condições ou serão descontados da caução os valores de água limpa de 10€ e combustível conforme preço em vigor e litros em falta para encher o depósito e eventuais portagens da via verde. 

* Será também descontado uma taxa de limpeza de 80€ caso não seja entregue limpa (com cassette WC e depósito águas sujas vazios, exterior e interior).

* A caução será devolvida nos 15 dias seguintes após a verificação de :  - depósitos água potável e gasóleo cheios, - depositos águas cinzentas e cassette wc vazios, - portagens pagas e, - ausência de eventuais danos.

Alertamos os nossos futuros hóspedes que não podemos entregar a autocaravana FORA do local previsto nem no aeroporto.

Ao reservar o local ficará visível pela plataforma mas estamos a 8 min do aeroporto no centro da cidade.

Cancellation policy

  • The booking is confirmed

    Up to 30 days before departure, you will be refunded 70% of the cost of the rental excluding insurance and service charges.

  • 30 days before departure

    Less than 30 days before departure, no refund is possible, and the full amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to the reason force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to force majeure, you can benefit from special cancellation conditions. Which allows you to postpone your trip at no cost.

The amount of your cancelled reservation will be transferred to a rental credit allowing you to reserve the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner), on the dates of your choice.
