    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

  • 30 days before departure

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

kit de cozinha completo para 8 pessoas e com todos os acessórios que precisa para poder fazer as suas refeições, maquina de café,  kit de limpeza, frigorífico,  e televisão.

Kit para o WC/banho:

Pastilhas químicas para a sanita, 1 por dia mediante a reserva,

Extras

Toalhas de banho, toalhas de rosto, lençóis, edredões.

Os jogos de cama e banho serão entregues conforme o número de pessoas na reserva.

A auto caravana será entregue limpa e desinfetada, deverá ser devolvida nas mesmas condições.

Caso não seja será cobrado as seguinte taxas:

Cassete e depósito de águas sujas 25 euros cada.

Depósito do gasóleo não cheio 20 euros mais o valor em falta.

Limpeza do interior 60 euros.

Extras com custo adicional:

Via verde, scuts

A caução são 1000 euros, ficaram retidos 250 euros durante os 15 dias seguintes a entrega, para eventuais portagens.
