  • ⏰ Pick-up: between 10:00 and 20:00. Late pick-ups have a €20 surcharge. After 22:00 no handovers are possible, as the process takes at least one hour (explanations, contract, etc.). If your flight is delayed, please plan accordingly.

  • 🛏️ Bedding and towels: €25.
