Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Sara's campervan description

Libertad, así se llama nuestra Camper.

Volkswagen T6, una mini casa sobre ruedas.  

Cuenta con 3 plazas para viajar y 2 para dormir, o 2 adultos y un bebe (si lo necesitas disponemos de sillita de bebe).

Tiene la pegatina medioambiental C, por lo que no hay problema en entrar en ciudades con restricciones de este tipo.

En ella encontraras:

El dormitorio con una cama de 120cm, convertible en sofá. Dispone de calefacción estacionaria para las noches más frías.

En el salón podrás usar una pequeña mesita desde el sofá. También hay diferentes armarios con espacio de almacenamiento para guardar tus pertenencias.

Cocina equipada con nevera/congelador, pequeña despensa y fregadero.

El baño es un W.C. portátil químico.

La ducha es exterior, a través del grifo de la cocina. Dispone de agua caliente.

Dispone de conexión USB y un enchufe interior.

Para el espacio exterior podrás usar una mesa plegable con 2 sillas y el campingaz.

El precio incluye un kit de básicos:

-          Ropa de cama 

-          Toallas de ducha (NO de playa)

-          Jabón de lavavajillas, estropajo, bayeta, trapos

-          Bolsas de basura, cepillo y pala.

-          Papel WC

-          Vajilla (platos, boles, vasos y cubiertos)

-          Cafetera, batería de cocina y utensilios

-          Aceite, vinagre, sal, azúcar, café…

Se pedirá una fianza de 700€ antes de la salida y se devolverá el día de entrega, después de supervisar que este todo correcto. Esta puede ser en efectivo o bizum.

Para las botellas de gas (campingaz) se cobrarán 3€ por cada unidad utilizada el día de regreso.

Cobraremos 35€/reserva en concepto de limpieza y desinfección, la entregamos limpia por dentro y por fuera. En caso de traer una mascota se cobrarán 50€/ reserva en concepto de limpieza y desinfección.

Se entrega con depósito lleno tanto de combustible como de agua, se debe devolver igual y siempre con las aguas grises y negras vaciadas, de no ser así se cobrará un recargo de la fianza.

Ofrecemos plaza de parking para guardar vuestro coche GRATIS.
