Insurance
As condições de seguro para o aluguer de um veículo da nossa frota são as seguintes: • Possuir idade igual ou superior a 25 anos • Estão assegurados no máximo 2 condutores • Ter à pelo menos 2 anos uma carta de condução categoria B válida • Responsabilidade civil até 50 000 000€ • Quebra de vidros até 1000€ • Assistência em viagem todos os dias, 24h por dia • Danos ao veículo com franquia de 1500€ • Indemnização dos Danos Corporais dos ocupantes Para cada condutor deve-nos ser enviado uma cópia da carta de condução, do bilhete de identidade e da prova de residência pelo menos 3 dias antes do início do período de aluguer. Lebensjahr vollendet haben • Maximal 2 Fahrer ohne Zusatzkosten • Sie müssen einen seit mindestens 2 Jahren gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B besitzen • Haftpflichtversicherung im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorschriften bis zu 50 Mill.€ • Glasbruch bis 1000€ • 24 h/7 Pannenhilfe • Vollkaskoversicherung mit Selbstbeteiligung in Höhe von 1500€ • Insassenversicherung Für jeden Fahrer ist eine Kopie des Führerscheins, des Personalausweises und eines Wohnsitznachweises (z.B. Rückseite Ausweis) mindestens 3 Tage vor Beginn des Mietzeitraums an uns zu senden.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure guarantee
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
