Check-in is always done in person, so we can personally show you how everything works in the campervan and ensure you feel fully comfortable before starting your adventure.

It’s also the perfect moment to share our best local tips — including where to park overnight, where to find hot showers, great restaurants, hidden gems, and top activities around the island — so you can have an amazing and stress-free experience in Madeira.

Important Information:

- A €1000 security deposit will be required at check-in. This will be fully refunded at the end of your trip if no damage has occurred. In case of any damage, the deposit will be used to cover the necessary repairs.

- Drivers must be over 25 years old and hold a valid category B driving license for at least 3 years.

- The roads in Madeira can be narrow, steep, and winding — driving experience is essential for a safe and enjoyable trip.

By booking, you confirm and accept these conditions. They will be verified during check-in. If the conditions are not met, the reservation will be considered cancelled with no refund.
