The camper is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable road trip. It includes a practical kitchen, comfortable sleeping area, shower, storage space and solar power system, making it ideal for both short getaways and longer adventures around the island.This campervan is also perfect for people trying vanlife for the first time. At check-in we provide a full explanation of how everything works, and we are available on WhatsApp during your trip if you need assistance.

GENERAL RULES:

FUEL POLICY:

The vehicle is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full tank.If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing fuel cost and an additional service fee may be deducted from the security deposit.

MINIMUM DRIVER AGE:

25 years old at least 3 years driving experience.

The vehicle must remain within the island of Mallorca.Travel outside the island is not permitted.The vehicle is supported with GPS.

No smoking inside the vehicle.By doing so a fee of 250€ will be deducted from the security deposit.

Pets are not allowed.

CLEANING POLICY:

The van must be returned in the same clean conditions as delivered.

All dishes must be washed.

Grey water tanks (Kitchen\Shoower) must be emptied before return.

Clean water (shower tanks refilled and kitchen tank refilled).

The toilet cassette must also be emptied and cleaned before returning.

UPHOLSTERY CONDITION:

The sofa and interior upholstery must be returned clean and free of stains.

if stains are found the cost of professional cleaning or repair will be deducted from security deposit.

PLEASE NOTE:

If the vehicle is returned dirty or with any of the points mentioned above not been done cleaning penalty of 80€ will be deducted form security deposit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or it's equipment during the rental period.

The security deposit covers damages up to the deposit amount.

VERY IMPORTANT:

If the total cost of damages exceed the security deposit the renter remains full responsible for paying the remaining amount.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY:

Security deposit return Policy:

If the vehicle is returned during daytime hours, the owner will carry out a full inspection of the vehicle at the

time of return. If the vehicle and all equipment are in proper condition and no damage is found, the security

deposit will be returned immediately.

If the vehicle is returned during night hours, it may not be possible to perform a complete inspection at that

moment. In this case, the inspection will be carried out the following day and the security deposit will be

returned after the inspection, provided that the vehicle and all equipment are in the same condition as

delivered.

TRAFFIC FINES AND LEGAL RESPONSABILITY:

The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, parking violations, toll charges, or any other legal

penalties incurred during the rental period.

This includes speeding fines, parking fines, restricted traffic area violations, and any other penalties

related to the use of the vehicle. If any fines are received after the rental period, the renter agrees to pay

the full amount of the penalty as well as any administrative costs required to process the fine.
