Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Voici Léon le fourgon, notre nouveau compagnon de route (acheté en avril 2025) ❤️

Nous vous le proposons à la location prêt à partir (oreillers/draps et torchons inclus pour alléger votre véhicule, épicerie de base, mini aspirateur, pelle balayette, table d'extérieur réglable haute/basse avec 4 sièges,...)

Le fourgon est très bien équipé dedans comme dehors pour rendre votre aventure simple et confortable ! Nombreux petits rangements, grand coffre, store extérieur, table amovible dedans,... Il possède une caméra de recul pour vous aider à stationner (rappel dimensions : 5,41m de long, 5,72m de haut, 2,05 de large)

Le lit du bas mesure 130cm (120 aux pieds) x 190cm, et celui du haut 135x190cm (il nous semble idéal pour adultes, mais il possède un filet de sécurité pour vos enfants si besoin). L'échelle d'accès au couchage du haut se replie.

Nous pouvons vous prêter les sièges auto non ISOFIX pour vos enfants (un rehausseur simple et un siège bébé dispos), ainsi qu'un lit tente si vous voyagez avec un bébé (voir photo). De notre côté le lit tente nous aide beaucoup pour éviter le bazar entre notre fils et sa petite soeur, et cela permet encore + de sécurité.

Nous avons également ajouté une petite barrière sur le lit du bas, pour la sécurité nocturne des enfants mais également tenir les affaires sur la route. Nous mettons à dispo un petit marche pieds pliable pour aider les enfants à atteindre le lit du bas ou les toilettes.

Le jour J nous vous ferons une démo des éléments principaux et nous vous enverrons un petit book et des vidéos pour votre voyage.

Nous sommes situés dans les Bauges, à 30mn de Chambéry et 30mn d'Annecy, de quoi rejoindre rapidement de nombreux spots de voyage ! Votre véhicule peut stationner chez nous pendant votre location de Léon
