Nous garantissons Les conséquences pécuniaires de la Responsabilité civile que vous pouvez encourir en raison : -- des dommages corporels, matériels et immatériels consécutifs (dans la limite indiquée au tableau récapitulatif des garanties) causés par : • un accident, un incendie ou une explosion dans lequel est impliqué le véhicule assuré (y compris lorsqu’il est utilisé comme outil – voir paragraphe 1.3.), ses accessoires, aménagements et équipements, les objets et substances qu’il transporte, même en cas de chute, les matières qu’il projette ou dépose sur la route, dans les limites indiquées au contrat, • une atteinte à l’environnement accidentelle, y compris les frais d’urgence, • un préjudice écologique accidentel impliquant le véhicule assuré (y compris lorsqu’il est utilisé comme outil), ses accessoires, aménagements et équipements, les objets et substances qu’il transporte, même en cas de chute, les matières qu’il projette ou dépose sur la route, dans les limites indiquées au contrat.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Rick II est notre trafic 2, entièrement aménagé à La Rochelle par nos soins dans nos ateliers. Le recul et l'expérience nous ont permis de concevoir un aménagement qui convient au mieux aux souhaits de nos voyageurs. La banquette à l'avant lui permet d'accueillir 3 personnes confortablement. L'aménagement est conçu pour créer un bel espace de vie convivial pour ces 3 voyageurs également.
