Me encanta viajar con furgoneta, la libertad que da y la opción de sentirte más cerca de la naturaleza. Alquilar con yescapa muy cómodo y fácil, sin complicaciones!

We had a very good time aboard the cactus van, it is spaceous, clean, well agenced, and Gil is a nice guy ! The location is very close to Lisboa airport so you can easily take an uber to pick it up (it was about 8euros from Lisboa's center). We were just a bit sursprised to see how slow was the van on the road, mostly when going uphill. It can be stressful on highways, but if you take the small roads it's ok. 

Keine Probleme, es verlief alles problemlos und der Wagen fuhr super die Strecken.

La furgoneta Tsunami es antigua pero funciona muy bien. En su interior todas las comodidades super bien organizadas, está limpia y bien cuidada. Nosotros hicimos una escapada de fin de semana y fue muy divertido. 

El trato con Gil, genial. 

Gill was very kind and helpful. His van was in good condition interior was clean we got only small technical issues with breaks, but there were problem only with oil on the breaks nothing serious. The trip was absolutly perfect. Thank you Gill for everything!

El viaje chulisimo, pero la furgoneta no mantiene las ventanas arriba, entra agua cuando llueve, el cuentakilómetros va saltando de velocidad en velocidad, la tercera marcha salta durante la conducción. Se nos cayó la puerta en Sintra de camino al Algarve y no nos dieron otra solucion que volver hasta Lisboa otra vez para arreglarla, lo que hizo que no pudiesemos aprovechar el pack de kms extra que ya habíamos pagado. Las reparaciones estan hechas en un taller domiciliado en el mismo sitio que la empresa de alquiler, así que el precio del arreglo esta fijado por la misma empresa.

 we rented Renault Trafic to Carlota and Nil. Photographs were taken on the day of the initial condition of the van. The contract was made digitally and sent later the same day, the lessee who ended up not signing and never sent it back to me. The deposit payment was made by transfer and paid by the boyfriend, Nil On the second day, out of bad greeting and no respect for the van, they managed to pull the side door, ending up leaving and unclipping it in the gutter....instead of calling me right away, they didn't. After 4 hours they called me to tell me what had happened and they went to our address at 9 pm in order to repair it. Once the repair was done, they thanked me immensely and told me they were enjoying the experience. Never revealing any anomaly, gearbox windows etc the check out day arrived. The moment I did it I found that there was a deep scratch, in the middle of the two panels, on the side of the driver's side. I asked if they were aware and said they had seen it that morning. Making perfect sense, I told them that I would keep the deposit, in order to ask our workshop for a quote. I sent the quote to Carlota, in the amount of repair and painting of €183.50 total price and agreed to pay, sending the IBAN immediately, to refund the difference. The same Campervan, was rented after that lease 2 times and nobody told me about the gearbox as well as the windows and water inside the van. With nothing else to declare Compliments

El día antes de nuestra llegada a Lisboa desde Canarias nos escribió el propietario del vehículo para cancelar nuestra reserva puesto que el vehículo había sufrido un accidente, enviamos un mail a Yescapa y al día siguiente se pusieron en contacto con nosotros, nos ayudó una gestora de Yescapa llamada Ana a la que agradecemos mucho su labor, muy profesional. Nos consiguieron otro vehículo y abonó Yescapa la diferencia de precio. Respecto a Gil, es una persona joven y pedispuesta a solventar cualquier inconveniente, volveríamos a alquilar uno de sus coches!!

I rented of the vans (Anchor) and explored Alentejo with it. Everything with the rental went pretty nice, Gill was really helpful and the van was even better than what we were expecting. We really enjoyed the experience and we would love to repeat it. 100% recommend it!

Gil est hyper sympa et arrangeant . Le van est top, même si un peu vieux, il tient bien la route et est super bien aménagé. Super trip dans l'Alentejo !

All went perfectly well with Skully. We even got several compliments on the road from fellow vancampers!

The rental went pretty smooth. Gill was super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed travelling with the WV van around the south of Portugal.

Excellent trip dans l’algarve et l’alentejo. 

Eviter de faire trop de distance en un seul jour avec le Van, préférez les courtes distances. 

Gil est ultra disponible, n’hesitez pas !!!

Aluguei a Caravana do Gil para ir ao Festival de Paredes de Coura com uma amiga e correu tudo como esperado. A caravana estava de acordo com as nossas expectativas, tudo funcionava de acordo com o esperado.

O dono da Caravana foi estremamente disponivel e esclarecedor de todas as nossas dúvidas e questões.

Funcionou tudo bem com o aluguer. Houve dúvidas durante a viagem e foram esclarecidas pelo Gil. O veículo estava de acordo com o esperado. A experiência foi positiva. Viajamos com duas crianças e elas adoraram. 

Una experiencia estupenda. Gil es muy atento y amable y nos ayudó ante cualquier problema. La furgoneta tiene sus años pero en cuanto te acostumbras a ella la disfrutas al máximo

O Gil foi super prestável no entanto faltaram diversas coisas que provavelmente não fez da experiência a melhor.

A sanita estava na descrição e o Gil esqueceu-se e eu fiz questão de escolher uma carrinha que a tivesse, ao ponto de pgar mais por isso, fez com que tivessemos de pernoitra em parques de campismo que não estava nos planos.  O lençol de baixo também não o levou, detergente da loiça e esfregão. 

Não achei que a carrinha estivesse super limpa, a televisão os cnais supostamente que teria não estava a funcionar e acho que lhe faltam algumas coisas essenciais algumas coisas , para nós para duas noites senti isso, imagino para uma estadia de longa duração..

Tinha também  um odor não muito agradavel, talvez por estar fechada.

Tivemos um precalço no ultimo dia em que a porta do pendura não fechava o que nos impossibilitou de aproveitar o restante diapor uma questão de segurança, mas faz parte da aventura de alugar uma vintage.

Sentimos que esta experiência poderia ser muito melhor!

Tem muito potencial, mas faltam-lhe elementos importantes, não senti que o valor do aluguer fosse justo para o que é oferecido.

 

La experiencia de viajar por la costa de Portugal con la camper ha sido de 10! Amplio espacio para cuatro y muy cómoda! Da la oportunidad de conocer Portugal de una forma diferente y muy especial! Gil además de ser muy atento nos aconsejó visitar varias zonas de costa, sin duda perfectas para conocerlas en furgoneta. Repetiremos!

O check in correu tudo ok, contudo houve algumas falhas da minha parte que assumo. A Melissa e o Gonçalo no dia de check out apontaram alguns problemas durante a sua viagem com a minha campervan, isso fez com que eu tivesse atenção para a próxima reserva! Peço desculpa pelo o que aconteceu mas já foi tudo resolvido e arranjado.
