Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to COVID-19
If you can no longer travel because of COVID-19, you can avail of adapted cancellation terms. This will allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Pour nous c'était une première. Le consepte vacances en camping car est tout a fait plaisant. Par contre il faut super bien organiser son parcour a l'aide d'application sur le téléphone mobile sinon c'est la galére.Le propriétaire Mr Raffin est un homme méticuleux que l'on peut appelé pendant le voyage pour des explications complémentaires si besoin. Il ne faut pas hésité a poser des questions quand c'est une premiére fois et surtout a être vigilant sur la conduite vu le gabarit du véhicule. Ma femme et moi méme sommes enchanter de l'expériance.
A refaire et pourquoi pas envisager l'achat de notre propre camping car !
