Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La llegada a Chatau fácil, con comunicación clara y precisa con Christophe. Correcta explicación sobre las utilidades de la autocaravana. Como incidencia nos comenta que presenta desperfectos por daños ocasionados de otro alquiler, en las ventanas laterales del lado izquierdo están con daños y que no se pueden abrir. No dispone de cámara trasera , tiene sensores de proximidad posteriores (pero no le funcionaban) y en un vehículo de 7 metros de longitud se hace necesario.

Christophe est assez disponible par texto. Nous avions loué ce camping car en 2020 mais n'avons pu partir que en 2022, ça n'a pas gêné Christophe. Il est très arrangeant, sur les horaires de prise du véhicule. En revanche, et nous lui avons dit, il doit faire plus attention quand il receptionne le camping car , beaucoup d'éléments était cassés, dont une fuite importante au niveau du lavabo/douche qui nous a empêché de nous en servir plutôt embêtant pour être autonome. De plus le camping car, vaisselle, placards étaient sâles. Je regrette que Christophe n'ai pas refait le ménage.
Il nous a promis de faire plus attention.
Le camping car s'est bien comporté, nous avons quand même fait 5000km donc bravo.

Ha sido un muy buen viaje. Desde la reserva, el proceso de entrega y las recomendaciones del propietario todo ha salido muy bien.
