If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Me ha encantado la experiencia, ha sido inolvidable. Los chicos han sido muy atentos, amables y educados. Tenerife es una isla mágica con unos rincones para explorar y la mejor idea es hacerlo en un vehículo como éste, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del viaje. Gracias por unas vacaciones tan increíbles.
Tenerife es un lugar magnífico, eso es seguro, pero si puedes visitarlo con tu casa móvil, mucho mejor. El camper genial, lo encontré tal y como me explicaron, todo muy limpio y me hicieron sentir que si tenía algún problema podía contar con ellos.
El proceso de reserva de la caravana fue impecable y Barbara fue increíblemente útil e informativa en todo momento. Cuando llegamos para recoger el camper, estaba en perfectas condiciones y completamente equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra aventura.
La casa rodante en sí era espaciosa y cómoda, con mucho sitio de almacenamiento y todas las comodidades que podríamos haber querido, nos impresionó lo fácil que era conducirla y maniobrarla.
En general, nos lo pasamos de maravilla explorando Tenerife en nuestro cámper, y tenemos que agradecer a Bárbara por hacer que sea una experiencia tan memorable. Lo recomendaríamo encarecidamente a cualquiera que busque una forma única e inolvidable de ver la isla.
