Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

When I arrived at the airport they were there to pick me up and immediately made me feel safe and welcome. They explained to me over and over again that their main priority was my happiness and they were so accommodating and on top of things that I 100% believe them.
The van is fantastic, very nicely built and comfortable, we travelled everywhere in Lanzarote and it made for the perfect surfing companion. Thank you, I can’t wait to come again!

Awesome🤙🏼Owner doesn’t speak fluently English, but that’s not problem. He described everything perfectly. There are indicators of grey water and battery. 4x usb charging next to the bed and 1 socket on cabin wall. There are towels, bedding and toilet. Only one thing that we missed was fridge. But there is plastic fridge and you can fill it with ice. Car is older, it has about 320 000km. But Old=Gold. There is aux, usb, reverse camera and phone holder.

NO ALQUILAR CON PREVISIONES DE LLUVIA. El vehículo es tal y como se ve en las imágenes. Está equipado con todo lo necesario y puedes viajar sin problemas con él por la isla. No obstante, la claraboya que tiene en la parte superior (que hace de respiradero) no está bien sellada y gotea bastante cuando llueve. El mayor problema es que esa claraboya está justo en el centro de la cama, y nosotros tuvimos que dormir toda la semana en un lateral para no mojarnos, y colocar cubos en las goteras para que la furgoneta no se mojara por dentro. Además uno de los faros delanteros se fundió, y el penúltimo día nos saltó la luz edc del coche (que básicamente significa que hay un posible fallo en el motor) así que intentamos mover al mínimo la furgoneta para conseguir llegar de vuelta al aeropuerto. Espero que revisen la furgoneta y arreglen bien esos fallos, de lo contrario yo lo pensaría dos veces antes de alquilarla.
