If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Très bon accueil de Claude, le propriétaire du véhicule. Le véhicule est récent et très bien équipé.
Le gabarit du véhicule est idéal pour accèder aux espaces les plus reculés des Pyrénées.
Il s'agissait de notre 1ère expérience et nous souhaitons recommencer dès que possible.

Notre 1 ere expérience à été formidable, nous avons pû enfin connaître les vacances itinérantes en pouvant parcourir un jolie circuit et changer de lieux tout les jours.
D autant plus que les propriétaires du véhicule sont des gens gentils, aimables, prévenant. Tellement rare de nos jours qu il faut le souligner

Véhicule neuf et bien équipé idéal couple ou avec jeunes enfants (4 couchages) , très bonne autonomie grace au panneau solaire et cuve eau propre de 100 L chauffage central truma diesel économique . Facile à conduire fiat ducato 140 cv Euro 6 faible encombrement ce qui vous permet de vous garer en ville . Le fourgon est loué propre avec les pleins faits (diesel, eau), ainsi que les WC et eaux usées vidangés . Il devra être restitué dans le même état .
Toutes les explications concernant l'utilisation du véhicule seront données à la prise en charge (environ 1h 30 ) . Si besoin de plus d'informations durant votre séjour je serais joignable sur mon GSM .
Possibilité de garer votre voiture chez nous parking privé et fermé .
Il sera demander 1 chèque de caution de 80€ en cas de restitution non conforme (sale ou plein non fait).
Bien évidemment le fourgon sera entièrement nettoyer et désinfecté après chaque location .
Aucune sortie du territoire Européen n'est autorisé pour sécurité évidemment . A bientôt
