No check-in a viatura vai devidamente limpa, desinfetada, depósito de combustível e água atestados. No check-out as condições de devolução do veículo devem ser semelhantes às verificadas no momento da entrega, em virtude de poderem ser cobrados valores adicionais.
O valor da caução deve ser pago no check-in em Dinheiro ou Mbway, ou até 48 horas antes do check-in por transferência bancária.
A caução será devolvida no prazo máximo de 48h após a entrega da autocaravana para confirmação de todo o estado geral da mesma. Será retido um valor de 100€, durante um período máximo de 10 dias úteis após o final do aluguer, de forma a salvaguardar a eventualidade de pagamento de via verde/scuts. Depois de confirmação esse valor será devolvido por transferência bancária ou Mbway. O locatário também será responsável pelo pagamento de multas de estacionamento, excesso de velocidade ou outras, relacionadas com o uso da autocaravana durante o período de aluguer. Será igualmente responsável de algum dano que aconteça durante a sua utilização.
Não será possível alugar a autocaravana para ida a festivais.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.
