Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

La camper de Sergio es perfecta para ir de aventuras con ella, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar los días, es muy cómoda y espaciosa.
Sergio es muy agradable y me explicó todo el funcionamiento súper bien, estubo pendiente durante todo mi viaje por si necesitaba algo y me aconsejó los lugares que más le gustaban a él para que los disfrutará también.
Ha sido un placer conocer a Sergio una persona maravillosa y vivir mis aventuras en su furgo, sin duda volvería a repetir!!

Sergio è un ragazzo gentilissimo: prima di partire ci ha fornito una guida dei posti piu belli e caratteristici di Tenerife e ci ha dato molti consigli sulle mete che volevamo visitare e il tour che volevamo fare! Furgone perfetto, non ha fatto una piega neanche nelle strade piu difficili e in pendenza. Comodo anche in 4 persone; siamo riusciti a visitare tutta l’isola ed in alcuni posti siamo andati anche più volte! C’è tutto il necessario per vivere bene una settimana e divertirsi! Facile da guidare, esperienza che rifarei sicuramente!

Tout s'est parfaitement passé. Sergio a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions, avant et pendant la location. Il nous a également donné d'excellents conseils concernant les coins où nous pouvions aller et dormir. Le véhicule est en parfait état et est très propre. Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé.
