If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La location du Chausson X550 était très importante pour nous car nous l'avons commandé et sommes en attente de la livraison en 2023. Et grâce aux conseils de Sophie et Olivier, cette location nous a permis de valider pleinement notre choix.
Sophie et Olivier nous ont mis à disposition un camping car en parfait état de marche et de propreté et tous les accessoires étaient présents. Leur accueil était des plus sympathique et il nous a été délivré tous les conseils pour son utilisation. Olivier a été présent au téléphone pour répondre à toutes nos questions.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer à nouveau avec Alpes Camper Van.

On a adoré notre séjour avec Alpes Camper Van, ils sont au top.
On a manqué de rien, la région est magnifique et le fourgon X550 est vraiment un concept unique sur le marché.
Pour nous il n'y a pas mieux en termes de confort.
On reviendra :)
