- Must be 25 to 73 years old (a copy of your passport must be added to your profile)
- Must have held a valid category B driving licence for at least 2 years (a copy of both sides of your driving licence must be added to your profile)
- For all UK licence holders: Renters must provide Yescapa with a licence check which can be generated on the DVLA website in order to verify that your licence is acceptable under the insurance policy
- Must not have an occupation which goes against the insurance conditions.
Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Roo was so helpful and hade the handover easy. The van was so clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Everything was easy to use and in great condition. The bed was a great size when open and very comfy. The blind over the roof light was handy to keep it nice and dark but still see the weather from the bed!
The van was an easy drive and we would love to hire it again.

Roo, was excellent very easy to get along with and very helpful. The Van itself is in excellent condition and easy to drive, with plenty of room and everything you need for you're trip. I Will definitely be using for my next trip.
