Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Il camper è perfetto e molto spazioso. I letti posteriori sono enormi. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Orari flessibili, tutto perfetto.
L'unica pecca è che il camper viene dato senza equipaggiamenti che non siano quelli relativi al funzionamento del camper quindi niente accessori da cucina, cuscini, coperte, ecc. La soluzione migliore, a meno di non avere un portabagagli enorme, è di prendere il camper e con questo andare a caricare il necessario per il viaggio a casa.

Salvatore, persona fantastica e disponibile, abbiamo potuto incontrarci e vedere il camper anche prima della conferma della prenotazione. Disponibile prima e durante il viaggio (dubbi nostri)
Il mezzo era in ordine, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il campeggio , tranne piatti, pentole, asciugami e lenzuola (giustamente).
Le spiegazioni sono state esaustive e la modalità di contratto “Check-in “ e “Check-out” snelle.
Il camper si è comportato egregiamente, sotto tutti i punti di vista.
Ritorneremo!!
