If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

El trato recibido por Javier ha sido muy bueno. Hemos estado en contacto durante el viaje y ha ido resolviendo nuestras dudas, mostrándose muy atento. El vehículo cumplía totalmente nuestras expectativas. Tuvimos un pequeño problema los últimos días con el desagüe de la pila de la cocina que nos dificultó cocinar y fregar, pero todo lo demás funcionó a la perfección y disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia.

Il camper ha pochi mesi di vita, è nuovo e perfetto in ogni parte. Javier è stato molto disponibile in ogni momento del viaggio, abbiamo anche dovuto modificare le date del noleggio più volte e ci è sempre venuto incontro. Pagando un extra ci ha consegnato il camper all'aeroporto di Santander. Per noi è stata un'ottima esperienza
