Im Mietpreis sind 100/200 pro Tag inkludiert. Alles darüber hinaus ist mit vorheriger Abstimmung und Aufpreis möglich (0.35€/km)
Die Auffahrkeile, 25m-Kabeltrommel mit Adapter, Spanngurt mit Hering/Nägel für Außenmarkise, Startset WC-Chemie & WC-Papier, Hammer, für 4 Personen Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck, sowie ausreichend Kochutensilien/Töpfe sowie ein Campingtisch und 2 Stühle sind im Mietpreis enthalten – eine Gasflasche ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten.
Flip wird vor Übergabe komplett gereinigt (innen/außen), Wasser und Grauwasser sind leer (bitte auch die Toilettencasette nicht vergessen). Der Dieseltank ist voll. Wir erwarten die Rückgabe verständlicherweise im gleichen Zustand.
Die Reingung innen/außen können gerne gegen eine Gebühr von 190 Euro bei normaler Verschmutzung übernommen werden. Besenrein sollte der Camper trotzdem sein.
Wichtig: Im Fahrzeug darf nicht geraucht werden, Tiere nur nach Absprache.
Übergabe in der Woche (Mo-Fr) gerne ab 17 Uhr und an den Wochenenden ab 09:00Uhr.
Der Fahrzeugzustand wird bei Übergabe und Rückgabe durch ein Übergabeprotokoll dokumentiert, das Vermieter und Mieter unterzeichnen.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.
