If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Una experiencia genial!! Jon (la pareja de Iratxe) nos ha informado muy bien sobre todo lo necesario antes de marchar, y también nos ha ido resolviendo todas las dudas que nos han surgido durante el viaje, con mucha amabilidad y rapidez. Encantadas en nuestra primera aventura furgonetera, que seguro no será la última. Eskerrik asko a Jon e Iratxe!!

Fue nuestra primera experiencia en camper y la verdad es que repetiríamos. Jon e Iratxe nos solucionaron cualquier duda previa al viaje y durante éste. Nos explicaron todo el funcionamiento cuando fuimos a recoger la furgoneta y en general lo hicieron fácil para que quedásemos muy contentos sobre esta experiencia.
El vehículo está tal y como aparece en las fotografías y cuenta con todo lo que se necesita a lo largo de una estancia.
