- The autocaravan must be delivered clean, with the dirty water tanks and the sanitary cassette unloaded.

CAUTION TX:
- The value of the deposit is 750€, payable at check-in in Cash, or Mbway, or up to 48 hours before check-in by bank transfer.
- At check-out, 500€ of the deposit is refunded and 250€ will remain captive, which will be refunded up to 8 days after check-out, after verification and deduction of the costs spent on tolls, scuts on highways or any damage not detectable at delivery.
> At check-out the fuel tank must be full and the spare gas canister refilled. Otherwise the following fees will be charged (to be deducted from the deposit):
1- Dumping and cleaning of the cassette and dirty water: €30,00
2- Clean water tank: 10,00 euros
3- Cleaning fee if delivered dirty: 30.00
4- Replacement of spare gas: 40,00 Euros
5- Fuel tank not filled: 100,00 Euros

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

- No check-out são restituídos 500€ da caução, ficarão cativos 250€, que serão restituídos até 8 dias após o check-out, após verificação e dedução dos custos gastos com a passagem em portagens, Scuts nas autoestradas ou eventuais danos não detetáveis na entrega.
> No check-out o depósito de combustível deverá estar cheio e bilha de gás suplente reposta. Caso contrário serão cobradas as seguintes taxas (a descontar da caução):
1- Despejo e limpeza da cassete e água suja: 30,00 €
2- Reservatório água limpa: 10,00 €
3- Taxa de limpeza caso seja entregue suja: 30,00 €
