Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

autocaravana excepcional salvo que tuvimos mala suerte y no funcionaba la nevera (solo congelador) y nos pillo la ola de calor con temperaturas de 33 grados.

Por lo demás tiene todo lo necesario, completa vajilla, vasos, copas, cazuelas, sartenes, cubertería... además de mesa y cuatro sillas de exterior muy cómodas.

Recomiendo reservar esta autocaravana pero preguntar si está resuelto lo de la nevera que es importante_______**REPONSE DU PROPRIETAIRE** : "Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire, le frigo a mal fonctionné à la suite de votre changement de bouteille de gaz (impureté dans le circuit). Le gicleur a été nettoyé et le frigo fonctionne correctement (-5°C dans le frigo, -25°C dans le congélateur). Nous espérons que la compensation de 100€ des frais de ménage non fait vous donne satisfaction ainsi que le remplacement à mes frais de la cafetière que vous avez cassé. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne journée".

il s'agissait d'une première expérience CC pour nous, j'ai tout de suite été rassuré par le véhicule et par son propriétaire.
Le camping-car est moderne, très bien entretenu, tout fonctionne parfaitement et il est très bien équipé ! Excellent contact avec le propriétaire qui est très sympathique, super disponible et qui fournit des explications très claires. Je recommande vivement cette location, vous passerez un super séjour !

Très bonnes explications par le propriétaire. Bon espace pour 4 adultes , 1 collégien et 1 primaire. Le guide France passion est très utile. Nous avons trouvé une place chaque soir en août. Très satisfait.
