If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le van aménagé de Jean.
Tout était parfait et conforme : propreté , très bien équipé et très confortable.
Nous sommes partis en couple mais nous espérons renouveler l'expérience avec nos 2 enfants grâce à la capucine !
Jean nous a très bien accueilli et répond a toutes les questions que nous nous posons avant et pendant le voyage avec rapidité et une grande efficacité ! Il est flexible sur les horaires.
Attention sur le site le van est situé à Lyon 2 alors qu'il se trouve à Rillieux. ( tant mieux c'est plus pratique que le centre ville !)

Nous avons passé quelques jours inoubliables dans le van de Jean. Le van est en excellent état et d’une propreté impeccable. Jean s’est montré très disponible, ce qui est agréable quand on est novice. Je le recommande et nous sommes impatients de renouveler l’expérience.
