Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Hey :)
We had a great time with Matilda all across Teneriffa, the Van is great and takes you everywhere on the Island. Miguel is also easy going and we had no problems over all. We will come again :)

Tutto perfetto,il camper é davvero molto spazioso e con tutto quello che serve.
Abbiamo anche passato una notte sul Teide senza problemi di freddo.

Manuel è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci è venuto incontro in ogni situazione ed ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Il suo Camper Matilda è un super camper. Comodo, spazioso e attrezzatissimo. Al suo interno è dotato di ogni tipo ci comfort, doccia calda, wc, riscaldamento, frigo spazioso, caffettiera, stoviglie, asciugamani , lenzuola e coperte ecc..
Ha un autonomia in libera abbastanza durevole, anche se Tenerife è piena di ogni tipo di servizio per camper e camperisti.
