About this van
Joy is a 2007 WV Transporter van,is only 5.30 long, drives like a car, and is comfortable and maneuverable for stopping in the city as well as traveling small country roads. The engine head was rebuilt in August 2022 and has excellent performance even on highways and long routes.
The van inside is equipped with all comforts: gas stove with 2 burners, 12V or 220 V refrigerator, sofa and swivel seat, removable coffee table, double bed and many wooden compartments for storage and clothes, Led lights, car radio, USB and 220 V outlet.
It is also equipped with webasto heating system (with diesel system), which allows you to comfortably stay inside even in winter in the mountains.
Standard equipment: kitchen with two stoves, kitchen sink with water , refrigerator, diesel cell heater, radio, 12 V socket, 220 V socket (to be used when connected to outside electricity), kitchen equipped with cutlery, crockery, dishes and utensils for 2 people,cleaning kit, gas supply for kitchen and refrigerator, bike rack, electric cable for outside electricity connection.
Extras for a fee: towels and sheets and comforter,camping chairs, camping table,led lantern, hair dryer, sleeping bag, umbrella, bike rack.
Joy is located in central Milan, but on request it can also be delivered to Malpensa, Linate and Orio Alserio airports.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.
