Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Álvaro y Leti fueron increíblemente disponibles, el viaje en furgo dejó un recuerdo inolvidable, volveré seguramente y sin dudas poniéndome en contacto con ellos.
La furgo tenia todo lo necesario, la pasamos genial! Muy recomendado!!

Recomendable 100%!! Álvaro y su pareja encantadores, siempre atentos y dispuestos a facilitar el viaje! Estuvimos 6 días recorriendo la isla y sin duda la mejor opción. La furgo fácil de conducir y sobre todo por los caminos de tierra no tuvimos ningún problema. Está equipada con todo lo necesario y muy limpia. Álvaro incluso se ofreció a recargar la bateria o rellenar el depósito de agua aunque al final nos dio para todo el viaje. Trato muy cercano y muy detallistas. Repetiremos!!

I rented Alvaro's camper for one week with my girlfriend. Traveling Fuerteventura on Alvaro's camper was a super pleasant experience. You won't miss anything and hardly believe you can get so much in a camper its size. It has a camping gas, a portable shower, a bed extension for tall people -we are almost 1,90m, and was no problem, and all the kinds of handy tools you will need for your trip.
It is also very convenient for accessing some of the most hardly reachable places on the island, such as Cofete beach for example. That would have been some way harder with a bigger size vehicle.
On top of this Alvaro was super friendly and always ready to help with whatever advice or tip we would need for our trip. I couldn't be more grateful for helping us to have such a nice trip on this wonderful island and wouldn't hesitate a second to rent his camper again.
