Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Camping-car impeccable sur un plan mécanique. Sa taille n'est pas si impressionnante en réalité et il se conduit vraiment comme une voiture. Quelques équipements d'habitation défectueux mais qui n'ont pas affecté le confort de notre séjour. Et puis Mohamed a promis d'y remédier !
Une mise en garde toutefois, mais qui vaut sans doute pour tous les camping-cars : attention à vérifier la taille de certains couchages (7) par rapport aux occupants prévus. Il y en a visiblement pour les grands et pour les moins grands...
Nous retiendrons surtout de ce propriétaire l'accueil, la patience , la disponibilité et la générosité, qui nous ont permis de voyager sereinement. Un bon souvenir par conséquent et une annonce que nous recommandons.
