About this van
We rent our "Gino" Volkswagen T5 perfect for two people who want to experience a beautiful adventure on the road!
Our location is Milan, Figino area but we can agree on where to meet to offer a more comfortable service. After a short briefing and delivery of the vehicle, the holiday begins!
The equipment is as follows: Pull-out bed with 120 cm x 185 cm mattress with two small pillows, kitchen with two gas burners, sink and refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. Extractable foreign shower. no toilet!
Sheets on request as well as towels and tea towels.
A 50 liter tank for clear water and a 30 liter tank for gray water. Camping table and chairs (for 2 people).
4 USB charging sockets on the solar charge controller.
2 side windows and a porthole with mosquito nets and blinds.
Please note that the van does not have a radio, we can provide a small speaker which connects bluetooth to the mobile phone.
In addition, a photovoltaic panel is mounted, which means that the second battery is constantly charged even without an external power supply. Free standing is therefore not a problem, even for several days!

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Tout a été parfait, de A a Z! Alberto a été très arrangeant sur le lieu et l'heure de rendez-vous (malgré notre retard au retour). Le van est top, très bien agencé il y a tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Très facile à conduire (y compris en montagne) et franc dans ses dimensions. On a dormi à deux, très confortablement. Il y pleins de rangements, l'espace vie est bien optimisé. :) encore merci Alberto et Yescapa pour ce beau voyage dans les Dolomites ⛰️
