Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We were Nuno's first clients, and certainly not the last ones because the experience was great! Nuno was adorable, offered us a pick-up and lift at the airport, shared explanatory videos with us prior to our arrival to explain everything about the motor home (it was our first time in a camper), but took all necessary time to explain it again upon our arrival. The pictures in the ad reflect faithfully the camper's condition: very good, well-maintained and equipped with anything you need to spend good holidays, bed linen included. Of course, it is a camper model from 1999 so don't expect to climb mountains at high speed, but it is reliable and does the job well. Both the van and its owner are highly recommendable.
