If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Franck ist immer erreichbar gewesen, hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof in Rennes abgeholt und auch wieder zurückgefahren, der VW Bus ist cool, alles da was man braucht, jederzeit wieder!

Super semaine en sillonnant les bords de mer dans le Finistère et les Côtes d'Armor sous le soleil. Un contact simple, clair et agréable avec Franck et un van conforme à la description et à nos attentes. Une expérience à renouveler, mais peut-être à une autre période avec moins d'affluence, moins de touristes sur les côtes bretonnes ! et du coup plus de facilité à trouver un bon spot pour les nuits face à la mer ! Très sympa les jumelles et très pratique le porte vélo.

L’acceuil chaleureux de Franck, au départ comme au retour, nous a permis de profiter pleinement de cette première expérience en Van. Le van démarre au quart de tour, et est super bien agencé. Les explications de Franck nous ont aidé à le prendre en main sans aucun soucis.
