Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Tanto la furgo de Paula cómo su propietaria inmejorables!! Paula me estuvo aconsejando diversos sitios dónde ir, tanto para visitar como para pernoctar y sus recomendaciones fueron de 10! La furgoneta está totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas, volveré a repetir la próxima vez en La Gomera!!😃😃

FANTÁSTICO es poco para definirlo. Paula es un verdadero encanto.Suuuuper pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Para cualquier duda (inculso las que eran tonterías), siempre buenas palabras y una amabilidad exquisita. En cuanto a la furgo, si bien es cierto que algo viejilla y con los "acahaques" propios de la edad, en general muy cómoda. Las carreteras de la isla la ayudan, porque la verdad es que no se puede coger mucha velocidad, y la furgonerta lo agradece...En las subidas, mirarlo por lo positivo...más tiempo para disfrutar del paisaje! ...jeje....Referente al equipamiento de la furgo por dentro, cuando Paula nos decía "sólo os hará falta el cepillo de dientes", noeran solo palabras.... Champú, papel higiénico, jabón de la loza, aceite, toallas, linternas...hasta cables USB para cargar el movil o un estuche de costura!....Era nuestra primera experiencia "camper" y nos llevamos de todo de casa, pero vamos, que no hubiese hecho falta nada y podríamos haber ido muuuucho más ligeros de equipaje. Superdetallistas con absolutamente todo! Fuimos dos adultos y dos niños y no da sensación de agobio en ningún momento. Repetiríamos con los ojos cerrados!!! Mil gracias por todo!!!
