Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The Camper is really great!!! It has everything you need, and everything actually works!
Hot water, shower, kitchen etc…
The camper is in really good state! You can drive it around the island up and down the mountains without any problem!
I think it is the best way to discover the island and always search for the sunny part of the island!
If you surf it is obviously even better!
You can sleep everywhere near the best spots!

Lovely van, ideal size for negotiating some winding roads up to Mount Teide. I didn't realise how far it was from the South airport but it's easy to get there via bus and taxi and is a perfect place to start a tour of the interior of the island.
Ana was unable to meet us when we dropped the van off, so we weren't able to discuss any issues in person. Money was deducted from our deposit for something we considered to be a maintenance issue which was disappointing. Other than that all went smoothly. Tenerife is well equipped for van life with many places to fill up with water, empty your toilet and leave your rubbish.
