Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

My trip to Chilli the camper was great. Great welcome, warm, caring from Barbara and Andor.
Link sent with all their recommendations (where to eat, what to see, where to sleep, etc.), basic equipment like salt, pepper, garbage bags, soaps, even 2 beers in the fridge! :) Available to answer me when I had questions, they are adorable.
The van itself is super clean, well equipped and well laid out. Comfortable to drive and to sleep in. I definitely recommend Chilli the camper to discover Tenerife !

Barbara était vraiment sympa et m'a aidé avant la location pour mon arrivée sur place et le retour du van.
Ils ont vraiment été cool et m'on partagé une liste de bon endroits à visiter et d'adresse ou bien mangé par exemple.
le van correspondait vraiment ce à quoi j'avais besoin. Tout l'essentiel est présent dans Chili et il passe vraiment partout, j'ai fait le tour de l'île et dormi dans des endroits extraordinaires à Tenerife.
Il n'est facile de trouver une place dans les endroits plus touristiques du fait de sa longueur qui est petite comparé aux autres van .
C'était des vacances magnifiques !

We had a wonderful time with Chili the camper. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. For us the table was a little bit small but we managed. The car is very strong on the steep roads but you have to know how to drive a car..it's an old but powerful van. It does not like rain tho...during the storm we had some rain leaking inside the car but we managed with towels. Overall a very good experience with the freedom of a camper exploring the island. Thank you very much
