Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Foi tudo ótimo. Comunicação e ajuda do proprietário, além de dicas sobre a viagem e roteiro. A AC estava exatamente como no anúncio, tudo funcionou e a experiência foi boa.

Era la primera vez que hacíamos un viaje en autocaravana y la experiencia nos ha gustado mucho. Si bien es cierto que se necesita un período de adaptación a esta forma de viajar/vivir, hemos poddido disfrutar de Portugal pudiendo quedarnos a dormir y pasar el día allá donde más nos gustaba. Da una gran libertad.
Sergio, el propietario, es una bellísima persona. Muy amable y atento, nos dio todo tipo de explicaciones sobre el manejo de la autocaravana y estuvo disponible en todo momento para cualquier aclaración o duda que nos surgiera. De hecho, tuvimos un pequeño problema con al bomba de agua y en seguida se encargó de que nos lo solucionaran. Un 10.
En resumen, repetiremos.
