Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Foi uma experiência fantástica, quanto à autocaravana, por ser a nossa primeira vez, foi tudo novidade e muito divertido, as crianças adoraram. Nunca ficamos mais que uma noite no mesmo sítio, sempre bem instalados em áreas de serviço nos centros de bonitas cidades, em parques de campismo com piscinas, e até mesmo campismo selvagem onde o acordar é um mergulho no rio. Experiência fantástica!

Do levantamento à devolução correu tudo bem.
A autocaravana é muito econômica e confortável. O aquecimento da cabine foi essencial na nossa viagem aos picos da Europa onde estivemos a temperaturas de até -8ºC

Jaime ha puesto las cosas muy faciles desde el principio. Nos permitió hacer el check in en el aeropuerto así como el check out.
La caravana estaba muy limpia y en buen estado, la comunicación con el propietario muy fácil.

En general bien , además, tuvo la amabilidad de mandarnos objetos olvidados en el vehículo. Podría concretar más sobre la limpieza del vehículo al entregarlo.
