Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Tout s'est très bien passé au volant du van de Mary.

Le véhicule est parfaitement équipé et nous avons pu faire une semaine en autonomie quasi complète (Eau, électricité,...). Tout ce dont nous avons eu besoin se trouvait dans le van! Mary s'est montrée quant à elle particulièrement disponible et arrangeante, dans les échanges comme pour récupérer et déposer le van.

Les deux seules "réserves" que j'émettrais sont la hauteur du véhicule qui augmente pas mal le prix des péages si vous prenez l'autoroute et la taille du lit qui convient dificilement aux personnes de plus d'1m85, surtout si vous dormez à deux. Pas de surprise en tout cas, tout était précisémment inscrit dans l'annonce.

5 jours de location avec le van de Mary, tout était parfait, van SUPER bien aménagé, robuste mécanique et Mary est très agréable et arrangeante, elle nous a même déposé à l’embarcadère le jour du retour. Merci Mary et je recommande à 100% !!!
