VEHICULO NUEVO MATRICULADO EN 2022 CON POCOS KMS
Funciona todo el automático. (Gas , Calefacción, Agua caliente, frigorífico ... Ideal para clientes que quieren tener su primera experiencia con autocaravanas, además te asesoramos antes y durante tu viaje. Estamos pendientes de ti para ayudarte a solucionar cualquier duda que te surja o inconveniente durante tus vacaciones. Nuestros vehículos están prácticamente nuevos ya que renovamos continuamente nuestra flota. El vehículo en cuestión dispone de ducha interior camper de 4 plazas para viajar y 4 dormir, con dos literas traseras dobles.
Todas las opciones en cabina para mayor comodidad y seguridad en la conducción. Espejos eléctricos, Aire acondicionado, ABS, Regulador limitador de velocidad, asientos, regulables y giratorios.....etc.
El horario de apertura es de lunes a Viernes de 10:00 a 14:00 horas y de 16:00 a 19:30 horas. Sábados de 10:00 a 13:00 Horas. Las entregas y devoluciones se realizaran siempre dentro del horario comercial, al menos una hora antes del cierre del establecimiento.
Los fines de semana , no se pueden partir, El sábado y Domingo van siempre juntos. por motivos logísticos no podemos entregar ni recepcionar autocaravanas los sábados por la tarde. Los domingos estamos cerrados, no hacemos entregas los domingos. excepcionalmente de podrían recepcionar (no entregar) vehículos los domingos y festivos por la tarde entre 17:30 y 18:30 horas, previo acuerdo entre las partes.
los horarios de entrega y devolución, tendríamos que pactarlos , ya que tenemos muchas autocaravanas en alquiler y por motivos de horario de apertura del establecimiento , logísticos y de mejor atención al cliente en las entregas y devoluciones no queremos que coincidan muchos vehículos.
SI POR AVERIA, ACCIDENTE, O MOTIVOS LOGISTICOS NO PUDIERA entregarse el vehículo contratado nos comprometemos a entregar uno de igual o superior Clase sin incremento de precio para el cliente. la clase la define el numero de plazas para viajar y dormir, no la distribución, ni formato ni el tamaño.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Fue nuestra mi primera experiencia y realmente la recomiendo, ha sido increíble. El vehículo y la atención de Chema y equipo fueron excelentes y eso que tuvimos algunos problemas por la propia inexperiencia de conducir un vehículo tan grande, por ejemplo, hay puntos ciegos que no tuvimos en cuenta y hemos chocado la camper con un poste :(. Mi sugerencia sobre todo para otros usuarios que estén haciendo este tipo de viaje por primera vez es pedir más consejos a la hora de maniobrar y como actuar en caso de tener algún problema para evitar disgustos y no afectar a otros usuarios que tienen que salir de viaje con el mismo vehículo a continuación de vuestro viaje.
