Cancellation terms

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Adrián es un encanto, atento desde el primer mensaje que intercambiamos. Resolvió todas nuestras dudas desde el primer contacto y, además, no dudó en proporcionarnos todo lo necesario para que el viaje fuera perfecto. La furgo, a pesar de no ser el último modelo (cosa que yo prefiero) tiene el tamaño y el equipamiento perfecto para recorrer la isla.
Por desgracia, la furgo se averió y no pudimos disfrutarla todos los días que teníamos previsto. Y Adrián volvió a demostrar que es un propietario de 10: ha sido usuario y ha viajado antes de alquilar su propio vehículo y eso se nota mucho y se agradece aún más.
Si no te importa conducir una furgo que no sea último modelo, la de Adrián es ideal porque él te hará fácil tu estancia en una isla por descubrir.

Adrián es muy amable, nos hizo el favor de recogernos en el aeropuerto y siempre trata de solucionar los problemas que puedan surgir. El vehículo es muy completo (baño, frigo...), y Adrián trata de mantenerlo cuidado para un buen funcionamiento.

La furgoneta está en perfecto estado, perfectamente equipada y muy cómoda para viajar por la isla. Además los propietarios han sido muy amables y generosos desde el primer momento, y nos han dado todas las facilidades posibles!
Hemos disfrutado mucho y repetiriamos sin duda!!
