Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Pour une première expérience, elle fût réussie. Le camping car est ancien, mais très fonctionnel. Il était parfait pour 2, on peut le réserver pour 3. L'intérieur est classique et standard pour son époque, la conduite "un peu bateau" est liée à la taille de l'engin quoi :) il est long et lourd le bougre; mais il se conduit très bien, est coupleux, et donc fait son taff. Jena est disponible à 100% en live ou par tel. Tout a été très clair, et rondement mené en terme d'organisation. Un WE de 3j au top, très bien accompagné par cette location. A refaire ;)

Malgré son age, le véhicule est bien entretenu et propre. Conduite très agréable, le moteur Fiat 2,8L fonctionne à merveille. Si besoin la propriétaire répond rapidement à vos demandes, c'est appréciable...Je recommande !
Bref, un périple d'une semaine passée avec les petits enfants, qui en redemandent.
