The motorhome must be returned clean, the dirty water tank unloaded, the clean water tank does not need to be emptied, the chemical cassette unloaded and cleaned, the diesel tank full. Otherwise, the following fees will be charged:

Special Condition:
The value of the deposit is €1200 for any damage to the vehicle, delivered at check-in in cash or by transfer up to 48 hours before check-in. €900 is refunded at check-out, leaving €300 captive, which will be refunded 5 days after check-out, after verification and deduction of costs incurred with tolls and highway scuts.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.
